Membership Terms and Conditions

  • Once you sign up for our Exclusive Membership Programme you will be added to our mailing list and will receive an email from our Salon Software.

  • By signing up to our Exclusive Members Programme you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

  • Exclusive Membership Programme is valid for 12 months from sign up. Once the membership comes to an end all benefits will end with it.

  • Exclusive Membership benefits are only valid for the registered name and are NOT to be passed on or transferred to anyone else.

  • If no visits to the salon have been made within the first 3 months of sign up then members will be removed from the mailing list and all exclusive benefits will end.

  • Offers and Promotions offered within this membership programme are final and can not be exchanged for any other running promotion.

  • Offers and Promotions within this membership programme will have a time limit and can not be extended past the expiry date.

  • Offers and Promotions have no cash value.

  • We may make reasonable changes to the membership terms and conditions at any time.

  • You may upgrade any promotional service offered within this exclusive membership by paying the difference between the included offer and the current tariff or list price for the relevant service. 

  • Any service promotion, offer or discount may have a limited availability and will be on a first come first served basis.

  • You may withdraw from participation of our exclusive membership programme at any time by emailing louisebeautique1@gmail.com and asking to be removed from our exclusive members mailing list. This does not mean that you can no longer visit the salon or receive our general Salon marketing emails or important Salon updates. 

  • Our normal Salon Policies apply. You will receive our Salon Policies via email which must be agreed too upon sign up.

  • We will still require a Booking Fee to secure your exclusive members booking. As set out in our Salon Policies, you will receive a payment link up on booking to secure your reservation, or payment can be made In Salon at the time of booking.

  • 48hrs notice is required to either Cancel or Reschedule your booking. Members who No Show for their scheduled bookings will be automatically removed from the Exclusive Membership Programme.
