Terms and Conditions

  • By signing up to our Skin Club, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

  • Our Skin Club is available to individuals aged 18 and over. Subscriptions are non transferable and may only be used by the member to whom it was issued. ID may be requested.

  • The Skin Club subscription will be subject to your suitability, as health, safety and your interests will always remain our priority.

  • Minimum contract term is 12 months.

  • Memberships will roll over past 12 months and payments will continue unless you cancel in writing.

  • Your contract starts on the date of the first payment and will continue after your initial 12 months unless written notice is given to cancel or suspend your membership.

  • 30 days cancellation period. You must send an email to louisebeautique1@gmail.com 30 days before you wish to cancel. Your membership will then run until the end of the notice period.

  • You have the right to a 14 day cooling off period under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. If you do not wish to continue with the membership then you must inform us via email louisebeautique1@gmail.com within 14 days of sign up. If any service or products have been received within this time frame then a refund may not be issued to cover the cost of the service or product received. A partial refund may be given if the service or product received is of less value than the membership cost.

  • In the event of a medical issue, such as surgery or illness, payments will continue as scheduled, but the treatments will be paused until the client is able to resume. any missed treatments will be added to the end of the contract at no additional cost. if a prolonged illness is anticipated, the manager may consider terminating the contract at their discretion. 

  • Payment is taken via our secure payment network Go Cardless.

  • Payment is due on the 1st of every month.

  • Unused treatments cannot be rolled over into another month.

  • *15% discount on ONE additional salon treatment outside of your membership only. *Minimum £20 spend.

  • 10% discount on Medi+ home care products. Home care is an integral part of achieving maximum results.

  • Discount on products or treatment courses is not available.

  • Pre booked courses cannot be upgraded to Skin Club memberships until the initial course has ended.

  • Treatments are subject to availability.

  • Therapist preference will be given if available on additional salon services.

  • Priority pre booking is available to members only.

  • In the event of salon closure due to a national pandemic your membership will be put on freeze.

  • No cash/card refunds.

  • Our normal cancellation policy applies to all members. If you cancel your appointment with 48 hours notice or more, there is no penalty.

  • Cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge and added to your direct debit.

  • Cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or on the day, will result in a 100% charge and added to your direct debit.

  • Payment failure will result in your membership being cancelled and any outstanding payments will be due immediately. Legal action will apply if outstanding payments are owed but not received.

  • Membership prices are subject to change with one month’s notice and may increase in line with inflation.

  • By signing up to Go Cardless payment agreement you agree to their terms and conditions.
